一、个人基本情况

    1994年获浙江师范大学数学专业学士学位,1997年和2000年分别获南京大学硕士和理学博士学位。2000年至2002年在华中科技大学控制理论与工程博士后流动站从事博士后研究。2004.12至今,工作于华中科技大学自动化学院控制科学与工程系。2003.4-2004.10于西班牙Rovila I Virgili大学开展合作研究,2008.11-2009.9于西班牙Seville大学作访问学者

博士生导师,兼任湖北省运筹学学会理事长,中国电子学会图论与系统优化专业委员会副理事长。国际膜计算协会出版委员会主席,BIC-TACMCACMC国际会议决策委员会主席,生物计算理论及应用国际系列会议和亚洲膜计算系列国际会议的发起人,教育部新世纪优秀人才、湖北省杰出青年基金获得者,入选2014-2018Elsevier中国高被引学者,入选2018年科睿唯安全球高被引科学家。Journal of Membrane Computing期刊主编,Springer系列丛书Emergence, Complexity and Computation编委,IET Control Theory & Applications期刊副主编,Journal of Applied Mathematics4个国际期刊编委。

    主要从事生物计算和生物信息处理领域的研究和教学工作,先后主持国家自然科学基金等项目18项,近五年主持国家自然科学基金项目8项,其中国家自然科学基金重点项目1项,重大国际合作项目1项。发表杂志论文115余篇,SCI收录95余篇,SCI引用1100次。2014年、2015年和2016年入选Elsevier中国高被引学者。获2015年教育部自然科学一等奖(排名1)、湖北省自然科学一等奖1项(排名2),2019年湖北省自然科学一等奖(排名1)。
